Essential Functions

Qualifications:

• - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
• - Proven experience in sales or customer service
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to persuade and influence others
• - Strong negotiation and closing skills
• - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• - Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
• - Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings is desirable - Specifically Hydronics equipment.

Responsibilities:

• - Possess comprehensive knowledge of the inventory and catalog in order to best represent the company and further advance sales.
• - Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
• - Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
• - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team success
• - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics
• - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed
• - Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development
