Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Associate Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping the customers to understand their needs, provide solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.. As an Associate Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building strong relationships with potential customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Salary Range: $25.00 to $29.00 an hour.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings is desirable - Specifically Hydronics equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the inventory and catalog in order to best represent the company and further advance sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to team success
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals closed
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-development
